Welcome
Debbie de Coudreaux, international
singer and performer, has enjoyed a diverse career-headliner at
the Moulin Rouge
in Paris, Broadway star (Grand
Hotel, Show Boat), model, spokesperson
and recording artist. Debbie is the only American other than Josephine
Baker to have starred at the world-famous Parisian cabaret; and
her eight year run as "vedette" is the revue's longest
- surpassing Baker and the legendary Mistenguett. She also played
leading roles in Tommy Tune's Grand Hotel
on Broadway and London's West End, and in Harold Prince's
Show Boat. She is in constant
demand for concert work across the country. In addition, Debbie
has appeared extensively on television and radio throughout Europe,
and was featured on the cast album of Formidable,
a show that was written especially for her at the Moulin Rouge.
Songs from her CD, "Have a Little Paris on Me", were
featured in concert at New York's historic Apollo Theatre in Harlem,
in a two-month run at one of the leading cabaret rooms, Danny's
Skylight Room as well as the King Kong Room at the Supper Club
and the world famous Friar's Club, all in New York.

I am a singer
and I express myself best through song. I put together a group
of songs that would share my experiences with the listener. I
tried to create my own 'mini-musical' that followed the arc of
my discoveries, joys, sorrows and rebirth. I had so many songs
to choose from; so many of which illuminated the funny, the ironic,
the poignant and sometimes, the French bombastic point of view.
A few are original, rarely sung jewels. They each help tell my
story. It's Paris through my eyes and heart.
