Daryl Kojak

     Daryl Kojak has worked on the New York music scene for more than twenty years as a pianist, producer, composer, songwriter, arranger and musical director. Recently he has arranged and produced recordings for Broadway artists Stephanie Pope, Mary Testa and Heather MacRae, and co-produced Laurie Krauz’ jazz disc “Catch Me If You Can,” featuring George Coleman on tenor sax.

He has performed On- and Off-Broadway and in clubs with Sandra Bernhardt, Vicki Sue Robinson, Carmel Quinn, Robin Williams and Billy Crystal, and has also worked with Jasmine Guy, Randy Brecker, Chapman Roberts and Christopher Walken. An accomplished and widely diverse composer, Daryl has created and scored music for film, television, stage and video games. He composed and recorded music for Susie Mantell’s acclaimed recording “Your Present: A Half Hour Of Peace,” and orchestrated and performed on Portia Nelson’s DRG Records release “This Life.” Daryl has received Backstage’s Bistro Award for Outstanding Musical Direction and has been nominated for “Best Musical Director” by MAC. His eagerly-awaited debut CD, “Notes From  The Pilgrimage,” is now available on Cornerstone Records. He produced several of the songs on the debut CD, "Have a Little Paris on Me"" of former star of Paris' Moulin Rouge, international vocalist t Debbie de Coudreaux
